2011 Regatta results

Here we go.......The Final draw for Sundays regatta! Any problems or changes email regatta@castlesemplerc.co.uk if you email me quickly it may make it in the programme if not come and see us at race control on the day. Can we please ask any clubs if they are bringing a trailer to email and let us know when they will be bringing it. We need to figure out how much space we need and arrange for people to be about for unlocking the compound. Also if clubs have spaces on their trailers, we have had requests to borrow doubles so if you have a spare space could you bring an extra one!!

Please note that for this regatta races are running every 7 1/2 minutes and the breaks will be 30 minutes long. There are also a large amount of doubles races running, where possible we have taken into consideration clubs boat usage.

All competitors should read our Conditions of Entry and make sure they are familiar with our circulation pattern for their own safety. These will also be posted at the clubhouse on the day. The regatta will be run under Scottish Rowing rules.

Please note: We do NOT use the MYEventz system. All entries must be emailed to regatta@castlesemplerc.co.uk using our custom Entry Forms. Our entry forms are available as a zip file containing individual events sheets or a single file.

The closing date for changes is 9pm on the 23rd of August.

This year we have also been fortunate enough to receive sponsorship for a number of races.

A race will be Sponsored by Rowperfect UK – expert information on coaching, coxing, rowing and sculling.

The WR2 4+ will be sponsored by Power Doors of Lochwinnoch

As usual we will be catering our own tea room which will be stocked with hot and cold food and beverages as well as delicious home baking to keep up the strength of all our competitors and spectators. We are looking forward to welcoming you to Lochwinnoch for another great day of racing.
