Hi Guys.

We need more volunteers to help out on the day of the regatta. If you have already written your name on the list this does not mean you!!

This is the clubs biggest fundraiser of the year and it makes a huge difference if everyone pitches in and does something to help. We don't want anyone to feel they are doing too much so we ask all members if they can give a couple of hours to help out. It's not just while the regatta is running, jobs include setting up tents and putting up signage early on the morning and clearing away at the end of the day.

So saying all that if you are not on the list yet and will be able to help please email captain@castlesemplerc.co.uk or reply to this post with the times you will be about on the day. If you have any particular skills or preferences of what you would like to do please put that in the email/reply.

Mums doing the tearoom again if thats not already on the list. I can do anything as i probably wont be racing. Maybe chekin in the boats as the leave to start the races or whatever. Think of a job for me

I'm happy to help with any of the pre-regatta stuff early in the morning. I could help put up the tents - just let me know what time to be there. Cheers,

I have got a couple more names for the list.

Mhari and Liam are both ok for the morning but away in the afternoon.

Willing to do anything required.

I can be there for putting up tents etc. in the morning as well. Available all day to help (already spoke to Bill) apart from when I'm on the water myself.

Please post what time to meet in the morning.

I noticed a poster at the clubhouse saying times but I didn't note them down i will check tonight and put them up later.

I think we need folks for tent setting up from 7.00 on Saturday morning

We could also do with people on Friday night for some setting up in the clubhouse and moving of stuff in the compound. I think thats from about 5pm on Friday night.

I will confirm times later.

Checked last night and it is definately from 5pm on Friday night and from 7am on Saturday morning.

Please try and come down for an hour or so to lend a hand on Friday, the more that gets done on Friday the better.
